Technology for pelleting and briquetting plants

To our clients except we supply turnkey technologies we provide consultancy, feasibility studies and project documentation (design composition and layout of devices, incl. 3D version) to select the most appropriate assemblies of individual devices or the whole complex for biomass processing technologies, including:

• launch of the work
• the relevant inspection reports
• vocational training of operators
• warranty and post – warranty service
• remote monitoring of individual equipment and group and controlling via electronic devices

We realize especially pelleting line (granulation line) of all required sizes with a production capacity 0.7 t/h – 15 t/h

In the case of investor interest, we also supply briquetting line, with both types of technologies we have own long term operating experiences.

Our supplied technologies are suitable for:

• wood waste
• saw mill waste
• straw from a various agro crops, hay
• dried fertilizer, feed
• by – products of cereals and legumes
• by – products of biogas plants

Deliveries of complete pelleting lines – these are realized by us in the following scope:

1. Section I. – Preparation for material, input into the production line
2. Section II. – Drying, crushing of material
3. Section III. – Pressing

If needed we also supply packaging technology for pellets (briquetts) and for transport, storage and dispatch of pellets.
